The house.
The Purple Dog is a self-catering holiday house offers three modern bedrooms and two bathrooms for up to six guests with excellent quality beds and linen. Towels are also provided.

The upmarket furniture and artistic interior mixes perfectly in keeping with its location: sun-kissed open plan living, dining and kitchen area with bar, cooking island and a hobby chef's array of pots, pans and appliances.

The fully equipped kitchen with a large cooking island makes cooking at home fun. It includes various amenities: from a kettle, toaster and microwave to a classic gas stove and oven, and of course a dish washing machine.

We also offer a speedy WIFI connection and the house is backed up using a solar and inverter/battery system to keep you connected during loadshedding.
The rooms.
To really appreciate the beauty of the surroundings and to experience Greyton at its best, a two night stay is recommended.

The house is divided into 3 rooms:

Room 1 with a queen bed and an en suite bathroom

Room 2 with a queen bed and a shared bathroom

Room 3 with two single beds and a shared bathroom
Two additional folding mattresses exist (including blankets, pillows and linen), in special cases with are more children. Please contact us in such cases.
The garden.
There is plenty of space inside and outside the house with inviting open lounge dining areas. The huge patio, our spacious boma and a beautiful old oak tree are an invitation to entertain your family and friends for a home cooked meal or braai. A lovely private garden with citrus trees and stunning mountain views will spoil your soul and make you wish you could stay forever.
